On Sebastian Stan’s birthday, let us remember some of the most adorable, funniest and intense moments from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Get ready to receive some major nostalgic vibes!

Born on 13 August 1982, Sebastian Stan is better known to people by his MCU character ‘Bucky Barnes.’ Sebastian has become an essential character of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, earning global recognition as Winter Soldier, starting from Captain America: The First Avenger. Although the screen time offered to Bucky was not much, the impact he had on the fans was enormous.

Captain America and Winter Soldier redefined the meaning of ‘Dosti.’ And on his birthday, let us take a nostalgic walk down memory lane and remember the best moments of Bucky from the MCU!

1. Entering the final battle

Endgame gave us Goosebumps and chills we never imagined.

The entry of our favorite characters topped the list! While Bucky was not in the primary focus during the battle, still for those who love Bucky and wait for his thrilling scenes– it was a bonus for us.

2. When he fought Thanos’ army with just a gun!

In the Avengers: Infinity War, many of the characters and Wakandan people fight with Thanos. But the armed army of Wakanda and the superpowers of the heroes cannot be matched with the Winter Soldier fighting with just a gun! Although ill-prepared for the battle, Bucky never leaves the field, especially when it comes to saving Captain America.

So, what if some otherworldly superheroes with unnatural powers come prepared? We have a machine gun and a knife.

3. Discovering peace in Wakanda

At the end of the Civil War, Bucky and Steve go to Wakanda accompanied by T’Challa, where they finally find shelter.

In the post-credit scene of Black Panther (post-credits scenes are always a blessing for the fans), Bucky is seen thanking Shauri for helping him in healing. It was a beautiful scene to see Bucky living in a place where he was calm and contented with his life.

4. Iron Man and Captain America’s Fight

A heartbreaking scene for Marvel fans, when Tony learns about his parent’s death, a fight invokes Steve and Tony, and Bucky like always tries everything he could to protect Steve. All three of them end up broken and fractured but luckily in one piece; however, Iron Man’s armor was not so lucky.

Although it was sad to see the leading heroes of Avengers rampaging against each other like furious enemies, Bucky has his moment and shows his loyalty and commitment to Steve. And also, we all knew even at that point that they were eventually going to reconcile.

5. ‘Don’t do anything stupid.’

Marvel movies are not all about technology, powers, and war– humor and jokes make us!

Before going off to war and before Steve transformed into Captain America, Bucky says his goodbye to Steve, saying ‘Don’t do anything stupid until I get back.’

And then the scene is reversed in Endgame when Steve leaves to return the Infinity Stone *sobs. * Friendship goals, guys!!!

There are solid reasons why MCU characters are just as adorable as they are strong!!!!

6. When Bucky sees the modified Steve Rogers

It is, to put it in the most modest way possible, OVERWHELMING AND UNNERVING to see your friend change from a lanky guy to a half-ape.

I mean, all of us had our ‘why is this guy so unbelievably feeble’ to ‘why is this guy so unbelievably hot’ moment as well!

This was in the movie ‘First Avenger’ and is bound to make you chuckle; no matter how many times you watch the film, I mean– I thought you were dead, well MAN, I thought you were smaller!

7. ‘Everyone’s got a gimmick now?’

It is indisputable that Tom Holland as Spiderman is the most precious thing we have been offered in the MCU. But Bucky’s joke had us cracking up. When he sees Spiderman for the first time, and mind you, we are in the habit of his giddy ways, he cannot help but remark, What the hell is that?

Sorry, Spiderman fans, but it is tough to hold your laughter!
