There are some natural ingredients that slowly but steadily give us long term results.
Some natural ingredients like cucumber, potato, rose water, green tea bags have high water content. This helps in hydrating the dryness under the skin of the eyes and the cool temperature helps decrease blood flow in that area. For the calming pack, all you need is to cut the cucumber or potato into two slices place it other the eyes and sit in a reclining position and let the ingredients( natural acids) soak into the eyes. The boost of hydration turns the tired puffy eyes into looking fresh and hydrated. For better results, you could also refrigerate the slices for 10minutes before use.

One of the biggest sources of blue light is Sunlight. Apart from that, there are many other sources of blue light such as; LED, CFL light, light from PC, mobile, and television.  More or less all visible blue light passes through the cornea and lens and reaches the retina. This light may harm the vision and could prematurely age the eyes and could further lead to digital eyestrain, Retina damage(like; muscular degeneration)
According to a recent NEI-funded study, “eyes of a child can absorb more blue light than adults from digital device screens.” There are a few ways to decrease exposure to blue light. Try to decrease the screentime or take frequent breaks to give your eyes a rest. Use Screen filters that are available on smartphones, laptops to reduce the amount of blue light entering the retina. Use Computer glasses or Anti-reflective lenses that are specially designed for these purposes.
