This month the website has disclosed the dates for the annual sale called ‘Prime Day’ and the Prime Video’s calendar for the month.

So, here are the 7 films and shows set to release this month on Prime Video–
1. Tom and Jerry
A legendary frenemy tale re-emerges when Tom and Jerry take their happenings to New York City. Bringing back the favorite characters straight from your childhood, the misadventures begin when Jerry rolls to one of the finest hotels in New York and prompts a lot of trouble.
The hotel’s event planner hires none other than Tom to stop Jerry and get rid of the giddy mouse. The rivalry begins, which puts in peril the planner’s entire career and the very hotel itself.
Who isn’t ready for a tom and jerry mayhem, right? The movie is an impeccable ode to our childhood memories! It will stream on 10th July.
2. Malik
Loosely based on the real-life incidents about the elevation in land acquisition episodes, Malik is a Malayalam language film directed by Mahesh Narayanan and starring Fahad Faasil– the duo returns after C U Soon and Take Off.
The story focuses on the life of Sulaiman Malik, stretching from his childhood to middle age, who obtains stature among his community because of his revolution against corruption.
Based in the coastal regions, the film also features Dileesh Pothan, Joju George, Nimisha Sajayan, and Maala Parvathi. The movie will be available on Prime Video on 15th July.
3. Toofan
Directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, the sports drama movie features Farhan Akhtar as Azhar Ali– a local rowdy, mature on the streets of Dongri whose life unexpectedly takes a turn when he meets a benevolent young woman named Ananya.
Ananya steers Azhar towards the right path and helps him to follow his heart when he discovers his ambition in boxing. The film shows the journey of Azhar from the streets to becoming a national and then a world-class boxer. The movie will be streaming from 16th July.
4. Ikkat
A romantic comedy film directed by Esham Khan and Haseen Khan, Ikkat already received attention from the audience for its trailer. It stars Nagabhushan and Bhoomika Shetty in the leading role and RJ Vicky, Sundar, Anand Ninasam in the side roles.
The movie revolves around a couple tormented by their persistent quarreling and are almost on the verge of separation. What ensues is a 21-day nationwide lockdown that leaves them both under the same roof. A light-hearted and funny watch, the movie will be available on 21st July.
5. Sarpatta
Another sports drama in the Tamil language, Sarpatta, showcases the boxing tradition of the 1970s Madras. Pa Ranjith directs the movie, featuring Arya, the film’s protagonist, as a boxer and Dushara Vijayan, Anupama Kumar, and the late Maran, with the songs being concocted by Santhosh Narayanan.
The story surrounds the conflict between the two groups Idiyappa Parambarai and Sarpatta Parambarai, in the northern part of Chennai. The movie will be available on 22nd July.
6. Hotel Daze 2
Taking the story of the four engineering students to the second season, Ankit, Chirag, Jaat, and Jhatoo, proceed with their mischief inside their hostel. The comedy-drama is a tale of the students and their numerous adventures that follows the hostel life. The second season will stream on Amazon Prime on 23rd July.
7. Judas and The Black Messiah
A biographical drama based on real-life events, Judas and The Black Messiah, follow the story of Fred Hampton, chairman of the Illinois chapter of the Black Panther Party during the 1960s, who was deceived by William O’Neal, the FBI informant who discovers himself in a continual dispute between the right and wrong, as he wades in the hazard of juggling both his compatriots as well as the FBI.
Directed and Produced by Shaka King, the film earned positive reviews and won an Academy Award as well. The movie will be streaming on Prime Video on 25th July.
