7 Characters From Bollywood Films Who Deserved Better Ending

This is a journey back to all the Bollywood movies from the past where sometimes the characters got the happy ending they deserved and sometimes they didn't. Here are the 7 characters from Bollywood Films Who Deserved a Better Ending.

Bollywood film characters have always been powerful, making a special place in our hearts. There are good characters and bad characters in these movies; then there are characters who didn’t get the conclusion they had the right to.

Most of these characters taught us what it means to be selfless and discover one’s happiness in the peace of the person we love.

Here are the 7 characters from Bollywood films who deserved a better ending–

1. Aman from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

It is 2012 and you are swapping channels when suddenly you see Kuch Kuch Hota Hai on Set Max. You prepare yourself for the next 2 hours to enjoy a film you have already watched a hundred times.

Aman was precious and he adored Anjali. He deserved a person who reciprocated his affection.

Nonetheless, he recognized that Anjali loved Rahul and Aman taught us the true meaning of finding your achievement in the smile of the human you love.

2. Veronica from Cocktail

Looking back, no matter how enjoyable the film was, Cocktail’s storyline was not only misogynistic but it upheld the idea of an unruly and adventurous woman being abandoned when the time comes for genuine commitment.

Apart from all the things that Veronica did (that were only her business), she was a soft-hearted human who wanted to ignite the will to live in Meera.

In the end, we see Gautam choosing Meera over Veronica and we watch her unapologetic self battling to become like Meera.

3. Laurent from English Vinglish

Shashi’s whole existence revolved around her selfish, ungrateful, and intolerable family. She met Laurent and truly he was the sweetest guy who loved all her flaws.

Even though Shashi made the right decision, still Laurent deserved some amount of that happy ending as well.

4. Sanjay from Ghajini

Ghajini probably needs no introduction. Bringing tears to everyone’s eye and making us shiver with its thriller scenes, Sanjay Singhania played by Aamir Khan never gets to tell Kalpana who he was and lived with that regret throughout his life.

It is not easy to lead your life with such heavy regret.

5. Meghna from Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na

It is a universal fact that Aditi and Jai belonged together. While our One True Pairing is perfect, Meghna deserved better treatment from Jai.

She was a sweet girlfriend throughout the movie even after her experience at home. Jai cruelly broke Meghna’s heart because of his own insecurity.

6. Saba from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil delves into the facets of love and friendship. After getting his heart broken, Ayan meets Saba, a poet who has become a victim of loneliness.

When she finally opens her emotions to love Ayan, he leaves her for Alizeh once again.

Although Saba maturely leaves Ayan because she knew that love cannot be forced, she deserved a better ending.

7. Zooni from Fanaa

Fanaa is an extremely delicate and cautious love story. Zooni, a blind Kashmiri girl falls in love with a tour guide who spends the rest of his time trying to deceive her.

She got caught up in his cruel game and it is heart-wrenching to see her amass the courage to love someone only to have her heart shattered.
