Buzzpedia covers Bollywood, Hollywood, OTT shows, K-dramas, celebrities and pop culture. We want our readers to enjoy what they read and also be able to trust it. This page explains how we put our stories together.
Who writes for us
Our stories are written by the Buzzpedia team and a small group of contributors who follow film, TV and celebrity news closely. Every story carries the writer’s name. You can click on a name to see everything that person has written for us.
How we report
- We rely on official sources wherever possible: statements from studios, streaming platforms, production houses, publicists and the celebrities themselves, including their verified social media accounts.
- When we pick up a story first reported by another outlet, we say so and link to it.
- Rumours and gossip are clearly labelled as such. We do not present speculation as fact.
- We do not publish anything about a person’s health, private relationships or family that is not already public or confirmed by them or their team.
- We avoid misleading headlines. The headline should match what the story actually says.
Reviews and opinion
Reviews, rankings and listicles reflect the honest view of the writer. We watch what we review. Nobody, including studios, platforms or PR agencies, gets to see or approve a review before it goes live, and no one can pay for a better rating.
Sponsored content and advertising
Buzzpedia is supported by advertising. Ads are kept separate from our stories. If a story is paid for or written in partnership with a brand, it is marked as sponsored at the top. Our editorial team decides what we cover, not our advertisers.
Images and video
We use official stills, posters, trailers and promotional material, and credit the source wherever we can. If you own an image used on our site and want it credited differently or removed, please write to us.
Corrections
We try hard to get things right, but mistakes happen. When we get a fact wrong, we fix it as quickly as possible and, where the change matters, add a note at the end of the story saying what was corrected. If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page with the link to the story and what needs fixing.
Updates
Entertainment news moves fast. Release dates shift and casting changes. When we update a story with new information, we change the date shown on it to the date of the update.
