Our original 2021 list ranked 16 creators by subscribers at the time. We have kept them, added the biggest daily vlogger in the country, and dropped the old subscriber counts, which have changed a lot since.

Why vlogging works in India
Indian viewers like content they can relate to. A vlogger cooking with family, riding to Ladakh with friends or reacting to a bad hotel feels closer than a scripted show. Daily uploads, as Sourav Joshi says, build a routine, and that routine turns casual viewers into loyal fans. For more on creators and celebrities, see our celebs and listicles sections.
A note on numbers: subscriber counts change every day, so we have not listed exact figures except where a reliable outlet reported one recently. Check each channel on YouTube for the live count.
