5. Manorama Six Feet Under (2007)
Navdeep Singh’s neo-noir, set in a small Rajasthan town, stars Abhay Deol as a junior engineer and failed writer. 7. A Wednesday! (2008)
Neeraj Pandey’s debut has Naseeruddin Shah calling the Mumbai police commissioner (Anupam Kher) with bomb threats. The twist: he is not a terrorist but an ordinary citizen, angry about terror attacks on his city, who wants four terrorists in custody dead.

8. Andhadhun (2018)
