According to recent reports, a few OTT platforms have already pitched and are going to produce a series based on the dispute. The case, as reported by India Today, is ideal for a series or documentary on the issue.
The photos were allegedly shot between April and June of this year when the millionaire con guy was released on temporary bail. According to ED, the two met four times in Chennai, with Suresh even arranging a private jet for her for these sessions.
As a result, some producers are debating whether to make this into a film or a web series. Sukesh and Jacqueline’s roles are also being debated, with a few people being mentioned. It’s the largest swindle we’ve witnessed in recent memory.
As per the ED charge sheet, conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar admitted to delivering Rs 10 crore in gifts to Jacqueline Fernandez. Diamond Studded jewelry sets, tableware, four Persian cats (each cat costs roughly Rs 9 lakh), and a horse for Rs 52 lakh were among the gifts.
Jacqueline Fernandez, a Bollywood actress, is currently in the news due to conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Her name has come out in connection with a Rs 200 million extortion case involving the conman. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has been looking into the subject, and actresses Jacqueline and Nora Fatehi have been questioned about their ties to Sukesh.
“Sukesh assured the actress that he would develop a series of films in which she would star”
As per India Today, Sukesh told the actress that he would develop a series of films starring her. To be sure, he wooed the actress by gifting her luxurious stuff such as automobiles and a horse. The conman allegedly informed Jacqueline that he would even make a Rs 500 crore three-part lady superhero project with her, according to the article.
Sukesh was aware that Jacqueline was looking for work in Bollywood, according to India Today. To entice her, he assured her that he would co-produce India’s first female superhero film with her, involving Hollywood visual effects professionals.
He had stated that the project will cost Rs 500 crore to complete. Sukesh had told Jacqueline that she resembled Angelina Jolie, the Hollywood star and that she deserved a superhero series based on her.
It’s worth noting that Chandrasekhar is currently facing charges in a money laundering case for Rs 200 crore. The ED detained him and Leena Maria Paul under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in connection with an alleged extortion racket operating out of Delhi’s Tihar Jail.
“Sukesh Chandrasekhar, a conman, gave Jacqueline Fernandez gifts worth ten crore rupees”
A photo of Jacqueline Fernandez with conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar had already appeared online. Sukesh can be seen kissing the actress on the cheek while they take a selfie in the mirror.
Sukesh allegedly offered a large sum of money to Jacqueline and Nora, as well as film director Sajid Nadiadwala, in the extortion case, according to the ED.
He also wanted his wife, Malayalam actress Leena Paul, to star in a Bollywood film. Leena had a role in the film Madras Cafe for which her husband Sukesh had paid a large sum of money. Sukesh had spoken to a number of producers and directors about bringing his wife to Bollywood and had requested that they not be concerned about the money.
He and his wife are currently in ED remand. Sukesh Chandrasekhar is believed to have spent crores to live nicely in Tihar Jail.
