The 34 years old Bollywood Actress Kangana Ranaut has always been in the news, sometimes with her outstanding choices of movies & sometimes with her hatred tweets & radical comments.
That being said, Kangana has definitely proved her amazing acting skills with her challenging film choices over the years. Kangana has been getting a lot of praise for her performance in ‘Thalaivii’, & looking at her amazing transformation for the movie, well she deserved this appreciation.
However, surprisingly Kangana was never the first choice of Late J Jayalalitha for her biopic.
In a recent tweet, the veteran actress, Simi Grewal writes “Although I do not support #KanganaRanaut’s redical comments, I do support her acting talent.
In Thalaivii, she gives her heart & soul!! Jaya Ji wanted Aishwarya to play her.. my hunch is JJ would’ve approved of Kangana’s portrayal. As for @thearvindswamy, he is MGR reincarnate!!”

Thalaivii is based on the life of the former Chief Minister, Late J Jayalalitha that depicts various phases of her life.
From her journey as an actress to becoming the popularly loved face of Tamil Cinema & then rising even stronger as the revolutionary leader that changed Tamil Nadu politics thoroughly. A woman that was loved by the people of Tamil immensely.
Kangana’s other lined up projects include Dhaakad, with Arjun Rampal & Divya Dutta & very soon the actress will also be seen as an Air Force Pilot for the film ‘Tejas’.
